A Catalyst for Change
Option Ultrasound has been a catalyst allowing God to change hearts and lives through ultrasound in Arlington, Texas. As mothers tearfully watch their baby jog up the uterine wall, suck their thumb, wave, and "strike up the band" like a majorette, God softens the hardest heart.
Arlington Pregnancy Centers provides peer counseling and free, limited ultrasound services to women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. It's during the ultrasound exam, when an abortion-minded woman has the opportunity to see her baby with her own eyes that "she senses the breathless wonder of God's secret formations," says Becky Hyde, the Executive Director of Arlington Pregnancy Centers for the last 19 years. "In the quietness of the room, God whispers in her ear as He opens her heart to what is growing beneath it. God changes the hardest hearts and most stubborn minds."
The three branches of Arlington Pregnancy Centers are grateful to Option Ultrasound and IMPACT training for providing the newest technology and training which, Hyde says, "equips us for every good work."
