If your organization has never been approved to receive benevolent resources from Focus on the Family, find out how to apply. (This is a one-time process.)

If you’ve already been approved to receive benevolent resources, we’d like you to know about our new order form. It’s a new PDF order form that you can complete online. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader® to fill out the form. If you don’t have it, you can download it for free from the Adobe website.

Please familiarize yourself with the instructions below before you fill it out. If you get stuck, please send us an email at lifematters@family.org and we’d be glad to walk you through it.

How to Submit Your Form

When you’ve completed your order form online, you must follow the simple steps at the end of the order form:

1. Click to update your total, then make sure that your order doesn’t exceed your $525 limit for the calendar year. Remember you can order as many times as you want, as long as you don’t exceed your yearly limit.
2. Click to save this form to your computer: Browse to the location on your computer where you want to save your order form. If you’re not sure where you want to save it, just save it to your desktop for now so it’s easy to find!
3. Click to attach form: Clicking this box will open up a little web form that you’ll use to submit your order. Fill in the boxes, click on the BROWSE box and navigate to your saved order form on your computer and double-click on it. This attaches your form! Check the box that says “I have attached my order form.”
4. Submit your order! You’ll receive a confirmation email and your order will be on its way in just a couple of weeks.

Please be patient with us as we update this form frequently over the next few months so that we can add additional products that you can order.

Here’s What’s New:

• No more “packs of 25!”
  

  You will see that you can now order the exact number of booklets for each title that you want. The form will do the math for you.

• New Booklets
  

  We really think you’ll like the newly redesigned booklets offered by Focus, because they were written and designed according to feedback we got from pregnancy center staff. They are shorter, visually-appealing and easy to read, using bullets for key points. And they are less expensive, so your dollars go further! New booklets will be added every few weeks, so you might not want to spend all your benevolent dollars at once! Spanish titles will also be re-designed: look for those beginning in March.

• Gift Cards

  You will also see a new selection of gift cards that you can receive as part of your benevolent order. These gift cards are from a variety of excellent companies and can be used to order products pre-approved by Focus. We are working to provide a marketing page for each of the companies above, and some are already completed. By clicking company names with web links below, you can see what Focus-approved products you can order with the card. If there’s not yet a link, we’ve listed their products with their names.

How Do I Redeem My Gift Cards?

When you receive your gift cards in the mail, you will redeem those cards directly with the company that provided the card. To make it easier to redeem your cards, come back to Heartlink.org, click on Benevolent Resources and click on the article, “How Do I Redeem My Gift Cards?”
