| Christmas in July
Let your donors give “the gift of life” this year at Christmas-time. You can have special Christmas cards printed up with a message from your center that reads something like this: “As a special gift to you and your family at this Christmas Season, a contribution has been made in your name to further the ministry and mission of the name of your center. Merry Christmas and God’s blessings for 2003!” You can personalize the card with the family name of the donor. Donors can purchase the cards from your center for a minimum $10.00 donation for each card and envelope. Most local fast-printing businesses will work with you in creating and personalizing your Christmas cards. Advertising in your newsletter several months before Christmas will help your donors prepare their list of those they would like to honor with a special donation in their name.
