I came into Care Net of Billings because I thought I may be pregnant. My daughter, Tayle, was only 3 months old at the time, and I did not want to be pregnant. I was seriously considering abortion. I didn't feel that I could handle the financial and parenting responsibility of 2 children on my own.

The staff at Care Net of Billings was so nice and talked me through my fears of having another child. The nurse at Care Net provided me with an ultrasound, and I saw my baby, "my peanut." I was able to make a decision to carry my baby to term because when I saw her ultrasound, it reminded me of my first child, Taylee, at that age.

On November 13, 2007, I gave birth to a 7 pounds 7ounces, 19 inches long baby girl, who I named Kamryn. I am so thankful for the support, care and love that has been shared with me through Care Net of Billings.

Focus on the Family does not endorse the use of ultrasound outside of a medical clinic setting and does not endorse the use of ultrasound for non-medical reasons.  Patient referrals are made to physicians for follow-up diagnosis and care as needed.
